His election is a testament to his professionalism and notable achievements in the fields of business and ESG. Mr. Mominbayev holds a PhD in Political Science and Economics. His work focuses on refining Kazakhstan's legislation concerning renewable energy sources, advancing the green technology market—including the issuance of green bonds—and organizing the production of photovoltaic modules and metal structures for wind power plants.
Together with Mr. Abenov, TechnoGroupService LLP stands as a leading firm in the design, construction, and operation of solar, wind, and hydroelectric power plants. It is the first and only company in the renewable energy sector to receive the "Altyn Sapa" Presidential Award, and has developed educational materials for MBA students of the Graduate School of Business at Nazarbayev University, focusing on TGS and Kazakhstan's renewable energy market.
