On April 23, 2026, in Astana, within the framework of the international summit RES 2026 EXPO | Regional Ecological Summit EXPO, a panel session titled “Effective Technologies for Sustainable Development: From Innovation to Implementation” was held.
During the session, A. Mominbayeva, project manager of the group of companies, delivered a presentation on the topic “The Aral Sea: Combating Desertification.” The presentation covered practical approaches to the restoration of degraded lands, including the application of soil bioactivation technology (SBT), which makes it possible to transform sandy areas into fertile land within a short period of time.
Particular attention was given to issues of scaling pilot projects, reducing water consumption, and forming sustainable agro-ecosystems using photovoltaics (solar modules). The presented solutions are aimed at improving the efficiency of natural resource use and creating a replicable model for land restoration in the Central Asia region.
