In September, Kazakhstan hosted an international group of Executive MBA participants from the HKUST Business School & Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, organized by the Graduate School of Business at Nazarbayev University. As part of their international residency in Astana and Almaty, the participants met with representatives of leading Kazakhstani companies and institutions, discussing the development of business, digital technologies, infrastructure, and the country's investment potential.
"TechnoGroupService" LLP became one of the venues for professional and strategic dialogue within the framework of this program. During a lecture, Zhomart Mominbayev presented the company's activities, key areas of work, and approaches to implementing technological and infrastructure projects. Special attention was paid to the practical aspects of doing business in Kazakhstan's renewable energy sector.
A dedicated part of the meeting featured the presentation and discussion of the business case "TGS – in search of Blue Ocean," developed for the NU Graduate School of Business. The Kellogg-HKUST EMBA participants presented their own analysis of the case, examining it from the perspectives of strategy, business model, market environment, and future development prospects.
For TGS, this format proved particularly valuable, as it allowed the company to see its previously developed business case through the lens of international management experience and gain an independent perspective from entrepreneurs from all over the world (https://lnkd.in/p/d-DY7hnz).
