His work focuses on refining Kazakhstan's legislation concerning renewable energy sources, advancing the green technology market—including the issuance of green bonds—and organizing the production of photovoltaic modules and metal structures for wind power plants.

On July 1 of this year, in Zhezkazgan, a meeting took place between the leadership of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Science Fund, and a delegation of entrepreneurs in the renewable energy sector. From 18 to 19 June 2024, the II International Forum and Exhibition "Thermal Power Engineering Central Asia" was held in Almaty. This unique professional international platform brought together leaders of the energy industry. The world’s largest solar energy exhibition, SNEC, opened in Shanghai on June 13. The event is attended by leading companies and industry experts, presenting the latest achievements and innovations in the field of solar technology.
